5. Custom Orders
Custom sportswear orders may be produced according to customer-provided designs, logos, specifications, measurements, colors, branding, or other approved requirements.
Before production begins, customers may be required to approve relevant specifications, artwork, samples, or order details.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may result in additional costs, depending on the stage of production.
6. Order Confirmation
An order becomes confirmed when the customer has accepted the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement, or other written confirmation provided by Torian Industries.
Any applicable payment requirements must be completed according to the agreed order terms before production begins.
7. Samples and Approvals
For custom or private-label projects, a sample or digital specification may be provided for review where applicable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving relevant details such as:
- Design and artwork
- Colors
- Sizing
- Branding
- Product specifications
- Labels and packaging
Production may proceed after the required approval has been received.
8. Production and Delivery
Production and delivery timelines depend on the product, order quantity, customization requirements, sampling, destination, shipping method, and other project factors.
Any estimated production or delivery timeframe provided by Torian Industries is an estimate unless a specific timeframe has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
Shipping may also be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, or other logistical disruptions.
9. Inspection and Product Issues
Customers should inspect products after delivery and notify Torian Industries of any apparent manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or significant discrepancy within a reasonable period.
Where a legitimate manufacturing issue is confirmed, Torian Industries may determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and agreed order terms.
Issues resulting from customer-approved specifications, incorrect information supplied by the customer, normal product variation, or improper use may not qualify as manufacturing defects.
10. Intellectual Property
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, designs, names, or other intellectual property supplied to Torian Industries.
By providing such materials for production, you confirm that their use does not knowingly infringe the rights of another party.
Torian Industries retains ownership of its own website content, branding, photographs, graphics, text, and other proprietary materials unless otherwise stated.
11. Customer Designs and Confidential Information
Where customers provide original designs, specifications, tech packs, branding materials, or other project information, Torian Industries will treat such information as confidential business information where appropriate.
Customers should notify us if specific confidentiality requirements apply to their project.
12. Third-Party Services
Torian Industries may use third-party providers for services such as payment processing, website hosting, analytics, communication, logistics, and shipping.
